Everyone loves a great cookie. Brown sugar chocolate chip cookies are an essential recipe to know. You will be obsessed with these cookies.
Brown Sugar Chocolate cookies are my favorite sweet thing out there. I have one or two cookies after dinner is the best. I have such a sweet tooth. When I make these, I like to keep half of the dough in a log in the freezer and the other half in the fridge. I bake only three cookies at a time when I bake them. If I cook all the dough, I promise you I will eat like 6-8 cookies in one sitting. I have done it before.
Why my cookies?
There are so many recipes out there on the internet for chocolate chip cookies. So why choose mine? Because my brown sugar chocolate cookie recipe is foolproof. NO FAIL.
- They are slightly chewy and soft!
- The perfect thickness in my opinion
- They feel like they came from a bakery.
- You get chocolate in every bite!
Eating tip:
Just pour yourself a glass of milk when eating these. Just do it. LOL.
Chef Tip:
I use a mix of brown sugar and white granulated sugar in my brown sugar chocolate chip cookies. I prefer more brown sugar than white granulated sugar because it gives you a soft, chewy cookie. The brown sugar helps the cookie to spread and provides the cookie with a lovely caramelly flavor. I also like to use Vanilla paste when baking, and I love this product from Nielsen Massey.
