This hot spinach artichoke dip recipe is quick and easy to make on the stovetop, or instead you can even bake it in the oven. If you have friends around, they will undoubtedly keep coming back for more with this dip.
I’ve been making this Spinach Artichoke Dip for years, especially for any crowds that come over to my place. You can cook it on the stovetop, or equally bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 375°F. It is helpful to have a good recipe for a dip like this, because at restaurants I go to, this dip can cost anywhere from $8 to $15! This is unquestionably less costly, and really very little hassle.
Why I love this dish
For you, the best thing as the cook is that this dip is so easy to make. You can even make it the night before and put it in the fridge, then pop it in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until it is cute and bubbly. Every time I make this spinach and artichoke dip I like to add some extra cheese on top when I bake it, and then you just finish with the breadcrumb. Basically, the result will be a flavorful, creamy, irresistibly delicious dip that’s sure to disappear in a snap. What’s more, I know you’re going to love it! So whereas it’s great for parties, you might just want to make it for your own night in. It’s unquestionably versatile and a delicious go-to to have in your repertoire.
