Ingredients
6 cooked beets, store bought is great
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
Salt
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1/4 cup goats cheese, crumbled
2 scallions, thinly sliced
grilled pita bread, for serving
Instructions
