This Ultimate Pina Colada is the best out there. I use fresh pineapple to make this and it makes all the difference.
The Pina Colada cocktail was apparently created in Puerto Rico in the 1950s, but it certainly hasn’t gone out of date. It remains the official drink of Puerto Rico to this day, and it undoubtedly it says summer, beaches, vacation and fun in every single sip.
However, I have been served one too many of these cocktails from a pre-mix, and they just never taste too good. So, I decided to create my own recipe and for me a must-have is fresh pineapple. I mean, it almost makes the drink taste altogether healthy! It makes it so gorgeously refreshing, as well as making it anything but artificial. So have a go at this recipe this summer, and do let me know what you think!
When to Serve the Ultimate Pina Colada
