My current morning obsession is this California dates and banana bowl. Super easy to throw together. Who’s in? Do you have a fav bowl you like?
This sweet & creamy Bowl (or smoothie bowl) tastes like ice cream, but it’s healthy for breakfast. There is a secret ingredient in here that makes it like ice cream, and that’s Cauliflower. Who knew? This is a great breakfast to have int eh morning and also, it is paleo-friendly and vegan! Use the base of the cauliflower and banana mixed as your base, and you can pretty much use whatever fruit combo that you like!

- raspberries and banana
- cocoa nibs and peanut butter

This California dates and banana bowl is super easy to throw together and will become one of your favorite bowl recipes!
- Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
3 California Medjool Dates, pitted
1/2 cup almond milk
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup Cauliflower rice, (Trader Joe’s)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 blackberries, halved
10 blueberries
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Almond butter, for drizzling
Instructions
- In a blender, mix 2 dates, milk, banana, cauliflower and vanilla.
- Pour into a bowl, top with berries, the last date, chopped and coconut flakes and drizzle with almond butter
