If you know me, you know my favorite food is Chinese! I have a complete pantry for my Asian condiments. So I could eat these Asian Meatball Sliders all day!

Asian Meatball Sliders

These Asian Meatball Sliders are just so perfect to make for events and parties. Surely a must for a Super Bowl Sunday? And overall great for any day when you are expecting lots of guests and hungry mouths to feed. Since you can make these the day before, they are handy to prepare if you want to take a bit of stress out of party day itself. Additionally, you can even freeze them. So make them way ahead of time if you want to be super organized.

TIPS:

  • Ensure that the ingredients for the meatballs are really well combined. I prefer to mix everything with my hands to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment so that it doesn’t stick. It also makes clean up a breeze.
  • Roll the balls into even shapes and sizes so that they cook evenly.
  • If you prefer, you can also cook the meatballs in a skillet on the stovetop. Add a little oil to a medium-hot pan and cook for around 12 minutes while turning occasionally.
