Nachos are a beloved snack that can be enjoyed in many different ways. Whether you like them loaded up with toppings or prefer a simple cheese and salsa combination, there’s no denying the appeal of these crunchy, savory treats. But have you ever tried Irish Nachos?
Irish Nachos are a variation of the classic snack that incorporates some traditional Irish flavors. Instead of tortilla chips, Irish Nachos use thick-cut potatoes that are oven roasted until crispy and golden brown. These potato rounds are then topped with a generous helping of cheese, bacon, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
