Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream
10 oz chopped bacon
1 cup panko breadcrumbs toasted
1 tablespoon Lovely Seasoning
3 cups heavy cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.

Toast breadcrumbs in a nonstick pan and set aside. Add lovely seasoning.

Cook pasta and place on a tray to cool; drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix sour cream and mustard with the pasta.

Heat cream until it comes to a simmer, add cheeses and stir until melted.

Add the pasta to the cheese mixture. Stir and heat until it’s piping hot.

Add bacon, parsley, and chives, and season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a serving dish, top with toasted breadcrumbs, and serve!
