Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise, light or regular
1 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 yellow onion, minced
4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, diced
1/4 cup diced pimentos
6 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers, or to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well. Serve with torn up bread and chips!
