Ingredients
3 avocados, peeled, pitted and cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place avocado in a large bowl and roughly mash with a fork or potato masher.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with some extra red onion and chopped cilantro.
