Ingredients
1 packet RIGHT RICE original
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into thin strips
½ cup cornstarch
1 red bell pepper
6oz snow peas, steamed
Vegetable oil, for frying
Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
¾ cup sweet chili sauce
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 green onions, sliced
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare Right Rice according to directions. Set aside.
- While the rice is cooking, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a heavy pan.
- In a separate pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil and saute the red bell pepper for 3-4 minutes. set aside.
- Toss chicken with cornstarch and set aside on a plate until the oil heats up.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan add all sauce ingredients together and bring to a simmer until thickened.
- Fry chicken for about 2-3 minutes in oil. Working in batches, do not overcrowd the pan.
- Toss chicken in a bowl with the sauce and vegetables. Set aside.
- Spoon rice on center of the plate, top with sticky chicken and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
