Hey guys! Thanksgiving is here and I couldn’t be happier. It’s my favorite time of the year here in the states.
Try this delicious roasted carrot recipe out at your next Dinner party.
Here I am trying to make carrots fun LOL.
|Prep Time||10 minutes|
|Cook Time||35 minutes|
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place juice in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce for 10 minutes. Stir in honey
- Place carrots, California dates, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet; Mix well to coat. Roast for 15-18 minutes, shake tray mid-way through.
- Drizzle mix glaze over carrots. Roast for 10 minutes more, shake tray one more time midway through.
- Transfer to serving dish. Top with walnuts, pomegranates and sprinkle with thyme.
