Ingredients
1 lb strawberries (cleaned and halved)
1 cup fresh mint (chopped thinly)
2 tablespoons sumac
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups greek yogurt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 lemon (zested and juiced )
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Toss 1/2 cup water, strawberries, sumac, 1/2 of the chopped mint and vanilla on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 25 mins.
- Mix Greek yogurt, sugar, lemon zest, juice, salt and cream, let set in the fridge for 1 hour. Spoon into glasses. Cream, berries, cream berries. Top with mint Enjoy!
